Refund Policy

1. Nature of Products

All products sold by ISO CONSULTING LLC are digital products delivered electronically.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the product is available for immediate access and/or download.

2. EU Consumer Rights & Waiver

For customers located in the European Union:

Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply once performance has begun, provided that the consumer:

  • expressly consents to immediate delivery; and
  • acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost.

By completing the purchase and accessing or downloading the product, the customer:

  • expressly requests immediate delivery;
  • acknowledges that performance begins immediately;
  • confirms loss of the right of withdrawal once access or download starts.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and the risk of copying or retention of materials, all sales are final once:

  • access is granted;
  • a download link is provided; or
  • the product is downloaded.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided except as explicitly stated below.

4. Limited Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered only if:

  • the product was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our side; or
  • the file is demonstrably corrupted and cannot be replaced.

Where possible, replacement or re-delivery will be provided instead of a refund.

5. Refund Request Conditions

To be reviewed, a request must:

  • be submitted within 30 days of purchase;
  • include valid proof of purchase;
  • include a detailed description of the technical issue;
  • include evidence (e.g., screenshots) if requested.

Failure to provide requested information may result in denial.

6. Non-Eligible Situations (Strict)

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • change of mind;
  • accidental purchases;
  • misunderstanding of product content;
  • failure to read the description;
  • lack of expertise or software to use the files;
  • business results not meeting expectations;
  • duplicate purchases made by the customer;
  • claims made after files were accessed or downloaded.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of:

  • policy abuse;
  • repeated refund requests;
  • file usage after purchase;
  • chargeback threats used to obtain free products.

Accounts suspected of abuse may be restricted from future purchases.

8. Support Commitment

We provide reasonable support to ensure access to purchased materials. Support does not guarantee refunds.
